Sorry for the short notice; however, we have a terrific opportunity to have Marjolein Dallinga for a 3 day felting workshop. Marjolein’s credentials below don’t adequately describe her work. I have taken a workshop from her in the past and can vouch for the life-changing fibre experience.
She is teaching in Red Deer until July 25th but is willing to come to Edmonton Saturday July 26th, 27th and 28th. This is an advanced class, so some felting experience is required. It is being offered to EWG members first! A wait list (of non-members) is growing quickly. Marjolein will take 12 in her class maximum, so the race is on to get your name on the list. The class will be held at the University of Alberta’s Human Ecology building from 9:00 to 4:00 each of these days. We will have access to the lunch room in the building, so a bag lunch will be required. A full supply list will be provided to you upon registration.
Cost: $350.00 which includes your fibre and most supplies, these are being provided to us at wholesale cost. A complete supply list will be provided with class confirmation.
Parking is in the Stadium Parkade, current daily rate is $5.00 daily weekend rate, but Monday is $14.00.
