Cold Weather Policy – The Guild will be closed when the temperature is minus 25 degrees C or colder. For classes and workshops, cancellations will be at the discretion of the instructor.
Open Studio Hours Sundays from 1 to 4
Join us at the Guild during Open Studio Hours. You’ll find other EWG members to talk to about your current project. The library will be open for you to explore. Weaving and spinning equipment waiting for you to use.We welcome volunteers to host a session. No previous experience required; training provided. Any questions? vicepresident@

Monday AM Weaving
Every Monday morning from to 10:00 am-11:30 am.
“Master Wannabees”
Beginning September 6, 2023, the first and third Wednesday each month from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. For all levels of weavers, this group will follow the requirements for the Guild of Canadian Weavers Master Weaver Testing Guidelines starting with the Basic level in 2023.

Every first and third Tuesday afternoon from 1:00 pm.
Wednesday Afternoon Weaving
The second and fourth Wednesday afternoons from 1:00-3:00 pm. This group is currently sharing projects on table looms using a “round-robin” format.
Get Sett
Every second and fourth Tuesday evening from 7:00-9:00 pm. This group enjoys experimenting with various weave structures.
Rigid Heddle Weaving
Second and fourth Thursday evening from 7:00-9:00 pm. This group is for all levels. New members are accepted on a first come basis. Places are limited.
Tuesday Morning Spinning
Every Tuesday morning from 10:00 – noon. Wool, llama, alpaca, qiviut, dog hair, mohair, silk, Tencel, and flax are only a few of the fibers these spinners work with.
Thursday Evening Spinning
First and third Thursday evening from 7:00-9:00 pm.
First and third Wednesdays from 1:00-3:00 pm.
The second and fourth Wednesday evenings from 7 to 9 p.m.
