Intro to Fibre Reactive Dyes
In this class students will develop a basic understanding of the dyeing process using fibre reactive dyes with cotton and other plant based fibre. Through dyeing many samples, students will learn to get consistent results and will also have time to experiment with dyes in a more playful manner. At the end of the class you can expect to take home many samples, some painted cotton skeins and a multitude of ideas to enhance your weaving projects.
Previous experience is not required.
