Bobbie Irwin presented our guild with a fabulous workshop on Iridescence which she describes as “a play of colours, where the apparent colour can change with the light and the angle of view”. EWG Members spent two days meeting folks at the Edmonton Creative Stitches Show this past weekend. Many stopped to chat and inquire about the Guild and picked up brochures about our classes and workshops, as well as flyers advertising our upcoming sale. The Edmonton Weavers’ Guild has a display of members’ work at the Stanley Milner downtown Library, 7 Sir Winston Churchill Square, Edmonton. It will there for the month of September, and is located in the foyer beside the main entrance to the libary.
