O,n Saturday, January 10, 2015, the Edmonton Weavers’ Guild held a great workshop to learn the craft of Viking Knitting. This is a process of wrapping fine wire around a dowel template. Once the desired length is made, the chain is removed from the dowel and pulled through a series of holes in a drawplate. The chain beomes smaller, rounder and longer. The ends were finished and clasps put on to complete the lovely bracelet.
